Shipping
Shipping is within the U.S only and there is a flat rate.
Orders will be shipped out every Monday if applicable shipping has been paid.
PLEASE PROVIDE EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER WITH ALL ORDERS.
Order Status
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation Email which will include a tracking number.
Disclaimer
Any order that has not paid shipping within 3 months of purchase will forfeit their order to Pokecrits.
Any order placed within the 3 months will reset this 3 month clock.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds/exchange once product is purchased and opened.
We offer refunds on sealed items that have not yet been shipped.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your products upon first opening, and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or receive the wrong product so that we may investigate the situation.
* We do not assume any responsibility for packages damaged or missing during the shipping process. All inquiries will must be taken up with the logistics company themself.
